Hello My name is Shanu Sharma. It is my Honor & Privilege to be heading this establishment, especially because it gives me an opportunity to continue my parent’s and our establishment’s founders’ legacy. It was my husband, Amit Sharma,also one of the Directors of MHPL who had the vision of continuing the good work of our founders.I am blessed to have immense support from my family and friends who have believed in me more than myself and have always encouraged me.
My father in-law, Mr. Premraj Sharma, who also is on the board, my mother in-law, Mrs. Kusumlata Sharma have been and still are my source of greatest support and encouragement.

My sisters and brother inlaws, VatsalaDadeech, Parag Dadeech, Dr. Malvika Sharma and Gaurav Gaurav have provided me tremendous support and have championed me through the thicks and thins of this journey and they continue to do so. My three wonderful children Aman, Shreya and Anika have always been my cheerleaders and my husband Amit has always encouraged me to go beyond my doubts and achieve more than my dreams. My mother and the founder of this unit, Dr. Sushma Sharma has always been my strength and inspiration and my father, Late Dr. V.C. Sharma’s love and faith in me is the core strength that I carry in my heart.
I have grown up witnessing my parent’s Late Dr. V.C. Sharma & Dr. Sushma Sharma, lay the foundation of this particular unit, brick by brick.

As I sit back and go down the memory lane, I get reminded that our founders built this unit with not just brick & mortar but with strong moral & ethical values. The cement that holds this establishment strong even after 40 plus years is a mix of dedication, hard work, relationships and above all serving with utmost humility and making sure that growth is inclusive and beneficial for all.
As I step into this role of continuing their legacy, I am continuing to learn that maintaining those founding principles could be hard in this day and age but definitely very satisfying and long lasting.


My vision is to grow myself, our team and our establishment steadily and honestly, as per the demands of our times while continuing to maintain the easy access to affordable and personalized health care services to our community, just as we have maintained in all these years.

I, along with our board and the team envision in creating not just a unit but a concept of excellent but more importantly accessible and affordable health care and reaching out to as many as we can.
Success of any initiative is as good as it’s team and as honest as it’s team member’s core value. We, at MHPL believe that such values come first with our family and so we continue to build our team with members who are strong believers of this concept. Personally to me, our team, our patient’s and community that we serve is extension of my family.
I will always strive to promote these values in our establishment as I believe it is the key to success in achieving our goal. Now as we have finished our initial phase of new construction, addition of new team members and updating our facility, we are continuing to work on adding more facilities, technology, service enhancement and various social initiatives to realize our vision.
